STORIA

Grazie al rapporto di collaborazione tra Simone Pittau e la London Symphony Orchestra, dal 2009 l’OCS organizza le International Master Class (IMC).  Si tengono in Sardegna, a Santu Lussurgiu, un Comune di montagna in Provincia di Oristano, caratterizzato da un prezioso centro storico Medioevale.

I docenti provengono dalle seguenti orchestre: London Symphony Orchestra, Wiener Symphoniker, Orchestre des Bayerischen Rundfunks di Monaco, Orchestre des Champs Elisées di Parigi e dalle più prestigiose scuole europee di musica, quali la Guildhall School of Music e la Royal Academy of Music di Londra, la Hochschule fur Musik H. Eisler di Berlino, l’Instituto Internacional de Música de Cámara de Madrid, il Vienna Konservatorium Privat Universitat e la Haute Ecole de Musique di Losanna.

Le IMC sono rivolte ai giovani talenti, dai tre anni di età in su, provenienti da tutto il mondo. Nascono per offrire un esclusivo orientamento formativo agli studenti, accompagnandoli fino all’esordio della loro professione. Esse, della durata di 2 settimane, sono frequentate regolarmente da ragazzi provenienti da tutto il mondo: Italia, Inghilterra, Austria, Grecia, Belgio, Romania, Olanda, Montenegro, Turchia, Bulgaria, Francia, Spagna, Scozia, Israele, Estonia, Ucraina, Russia, Norvegia, Argentina, Kazakistan, Australia, Cina, Giappone, USA. Caratterizzate da lezioni individuali, da workshop, lezioni di musica da camera, da concerti di musica da camera e concerti con l’Orchestra da Camera della Sardegna, le IMC nascono per assicurare agli allievi un’esclusiva offerta formativa con i migliori docenti del panorama internazionale.

In 2009 Simone Pittau founded the International Master Class (IMC). Held in Santu Lussurgiu in Sardinia, a town in the Province of the Oristano mountains, which is characterized by its precious medieval history.

The teachers come from the London Symphony Orchestra, the Vienna Symphony, the Orchestre des Bayerischen Rundfunks of Monaco, the Orchestre des Champs Elysees in Paris and the most prestigious European schools of music, such as the Guildhall School of Music and the Royal Academy of Music London, the Hochschule fur Musik H. The IMC is aimed at young talents, from three years of age upwards, from all around the world. Created to offer a unique educational guidance to students, accompanying them until the onset of their profession. The workshops, which last two weeks, are regularly frequented by children from all over the world: Italy, England, Austria, Greece, Belgium, Romania, Netherlands, Montenegro, Turkey, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Scotland, Israel, Estonia, Ukraine, Russia, Norway, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Australia, China, Japan, USA. Featuring individual lessons, from workshops, classes chamber music concerts and concerts with the Chamber Orchestra of Sardinia, the IMC take place to guarantee students a unique educational experience with the best teachers on the international scene.
